Farmers are provided with guidance on pest management and control of banana, sugarcane and other crops, drip irrigation to ensure optimum moisture levels for crops, selection of crops suited to local climate and soil conditions, selection of specific markets for profitable crops, and maximising production from limited resources. Seminars/workshops on various crops are organized by the Market Committee to provide guidance in this regard.
