The main yard of the market committee is at Akluj and the secondary markets are at Natepute, Malshiras, Velapur, Piliiv, Shindewadi. The market committee owns a total of 70 acres of land, including Akluj 45 acres, Natepute 19 acres, Shindewadi 3 acres, Malshiras 3 acres.

With the changing times, taking up modern initiatives based on the modernization policy in accordance with the changes taking place in various sectors, the market committee has created a Bhusar market, a fruit and vegetable market, a pomegranate market, an onion market, a banana market, an animal market, a goat and sheep market, a leather market, a chicken and egg market, a horse market on the day of Diwali Padwa, a secondary market, Natepute, a Bhusar market, a molasses market, a goat and sheep market, along with many other basic facilities for the convenience of farmers and similar market components. Due to the clean and transparent management of the market committee, this market committee has come 8th in Maharashtra under the Hon. Balasaheb Thackeray Agribusiness and Rural Transformation (SMART) project.
